Shipping Information
Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery destination and the shipping service selected at checkout. We aim to combine items into a single shipment whenever possible to help minimize the number of packages delivered. If your order must be shipped in multiple packages, applicable shipping charges will be calculated based on the total order value and charged only once.
A signature is generally not required upon delivery. However, we recommend arranging for someone to be available to receive your package whenever possible.
Our warehouse operates from Monday through Saturday. We strive to process orders on the day they are submitted. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) with next-business-day shipping are eligible for same-day dispatch, provided that order verification and payment authorization have been completed successfully.

Delivery Arrangements
Deliveries are generally made between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM. Depending on the destination and the carrier’s delivery requirements, a signature may be requested when the package arrives.
If no one is available to receive your shipment, the carrier may attempt to deliver it to a neighbor. When a signature is not necessary, the package may also be left in a secure and sheltered location at the carrier’s discretion.
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave a notification card explaining how to arrange another delivery attempt. Some carriers may make an additional delivery attempt without prior contact.
Shipments to destinations outside the United States may take up to 10 business days to arrive, and delivery may occasionally require additional time. If your package has not arrived as expected, we recommend contacting your local postal service to determine whether a delivery attempt was made while you were unavailable.
